Recently, Weihua lifting height of 658 meters of ultra-high lift shaft gantry cranes, officially put into use in Zhejiang Songyang Pumped Storage Power Station, helping the construction of the power plant into a new stage, and contributing to the local construction of a green, efficient, intelligent power system to contribute to the vibrant green kinetic energy.
The Songyang Pumped Storage Power Station's water diversion shaft is 537 meters deep, forming a total height of 637 meters with the water diversion pressure regulator shaft directly above it, which is the deepest shaft in domestic water conservancy and hydropower projects.
The Weihua ultra-high lift gantry crane used in the project is the world's first set of equipment with a lifting height of 658 meters, which provides an efficient and safe solution for the construction of the project, and can complete a series of ultra-high lifting safety lifting operations during the whole process of shaft construction and excavation.
In particular, it plays an irreplaceable and important role in key aspects such as slagging in the excavation of the upper regulating well, installation and removal of the whole machine in the well of the shaft digger, precise lifting of pressure steel pipe and fully automatic unhooking in the deep well, and safe and efficient conveyance of the construction personnel in the well, realizing the full process coverage in the construction of the shaft, which highlights Weihua's excellent strength in the field of super-large lifting equipment.
